Waterproof rendering with membrane

Mason House Basement Waterproofing

Mason House dates back to 1737 and has listed status. The luxury night club operates within the vaults beneath street level and has recently been refurbished to resemble a masonic temple.

We were appointed, as main contractor, to rectify what has been an ongoing damp ingress issue within the administrative area of the club.

The existing waterproof render system was removed to expose the original brickwork beneath. This needed localised repairs and was then levelled using Flexcrete Monomix and Monolevel RM providing a suitable substrate for 2 coats of Flexcrete Cementitious Coating 851 to be applied. Once cured, this thin coat waterproof system was able to be decorated.
