Structural Renovations Limited was established in 1993 as a specialist structural repair contractor operating mainly within London and the South East of England, including Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Essex.
We have a directly employed, fully trained workforce, which, combined with our hands-on management team enables us to offer our clients assistance from feasibility to completion.
Structural Renovations Limited act as Principal Contractor as well as specialist Sub-Contractor on projects with a value up to £1.75m.
We retain relevant industry accreditation's and are approved by specialist material manufacturers including Sika, Weber, Fosroc, Flexcrete, Remmers, Helifix and Proteus.
We have extensive experience in the health, education, governmental, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors, working closely with consulting engineers, building surveyors and architects. Our services are frequently required on structures of a listed status, where we are able to assist in replicating various details to satisfy conservation bodies, such as English Heritage.

CRAIG FARRAND
Managing Director
Craig has been working within the structural repair industry for over 30 years and has been with Structural Renovations since 1993. He has a wealth of experience in the industry with a particular interest in historic structures.
TOM HAYNES
Director
Tom joined Structural Renovations in 2006. He has worked on a wide-ranging number of projects and specialises in the masonry repair and stabilisation side of the business.
MORGAN DOYLE
Assistant Contract Manager
Morgan joined the company in 2016 on the CITB Apprentice scheme and has since completed his HNC in the Built Environment. His time is generally split between Head Office and site.
LIZ WEST
Company Secretary
Liz has been with Structural Renovations since 1993. In addition to accounting duties, she is the Office Manager and is also responsible for training and HR matters.
