The Structural Renovations Team have a directly employed, fully trained workforce which, combined with their hands-on management staff enables them to offer clients assistance from feasibility to completion.

Structural Renovations Limited act as Principal Contractor as well as specialist Sub-Contractor on projects with a value up to £1.75m.

We retain relevant industry accreditations and are approved by specialist material manufacturers including Sika, Weber, Fosroc, Flexcrete, Remmers, Helifix and Proteus.

With extensive experience in the health, education, governmental, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors, working closely with consulting engineers, building surveyors and architects. Our services are frequently required on structures with listed status, where we are able to assist in replicating various details to satisfy conservation bodies, such as English Heritage.

Meet the Team

  • Craig Farrand

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Craig has been working within the structural repair industry for over 30 years and has been with Structural Renovations since 1993. He has a wealth of experience in the industry with a particular passion in historic structures.

  • Tom Haynes

    DIRECTOR

    Tom joined Structural Renovations in 2006. Having worked on wide variety of projects, Tom has extensive experience in masonry repair and stabilisation, basement tanking and liquid applied waterproof coatings.

  • Morgan Doyle

    MANAGING SURVEYOR

    Morgan has now been with the Company for 7 years, completing his training 4 years ago. He is an estimator and manages contracts that he has secured. Morgan also assists the Directors as required and takes a keen interest in all aspects of the business.

  • Liz West

    COMPANY SECRETARY

    Liz has been with Structural Renovations since it was formed in 1993. In addition to management accounting and balancing books, Liz is our diligent Office & Operations Manager, and ensures our team are well looked after in terms of training and HR matters.

  • Dean Fleetwood

    SITE FOREMAN

    Dean has been involved with the business since its inception in 1993 and is our longest serving site employee. Dean has extensive knowledge of all aspects of structural repair but in recent years has been involved in the increasing quantity of tanking and waterproofing projects.

  • Glen McIntyre

    SITE FOREMAN

    Glen has worked at Structural Renovations since 1997, starting as a concrete repairer, before being promoted to foreman, due to his versatility. Glen enjoys the wide variety of operations the Company carries out and particularly likes a challenge that may not have presented itself before.

  • Richard Tanner

    SITE FOREMAN

    Richard joined us in 1997 and after a number of years carrying out concrete repairs and specialist coatings, he became foreman, concentrating on structural repair. Richard has worked on numerous high profile heritage projects over the years and continues to enjoy conservation works.

  • Lee Burton

    SITE FOREMAN

    Lee has worked with us since 2010, initially joining as a labourer but quickly rising to foreman through his ability to manage and adapt. Although able to complete all aspects of the services we offer, he principally favours liquid roofing and waterproofing.
