Celebrating 30 Years in Business

Incorporated on the 19th of April 1993, Structural Renovations Limited has gone from strength to strength - despite the challenging market conditions many businesses will have also experienced.

Having a senior management team who had a wealth of experience in the world of construction, and more specifically concrete repairs - ensured that branching into this specialist sector brought with it their industry reputation, and a bank of valued clients.

During the past 30 years, Structural Renovations have continued to build upon their reputation as one of the UK’s most respected concrete repair contractors, not only for the quality of their work, but also their commitment to customer service - and a passion for future-proofing and conserving the UK’s historic buildings and structures.

Trailblazers for Quality Assurance

With the only stationary element being the buildings we repair and maintain, the last three decades have seen some major changes in the industry, most notably are those concerning environmental impacts and changes to Health & Safety.

Structural Renovations Limited were early adopters of Quality Assurance, achieving BS 5750 in 1996. Working to a proven system, with all employees understanding their intrinsic role within the organisation has proved itself to be a cornerstone of our continued operation and today we hold ISO Certification in Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Management, together with a number of other industry recognised standards.

30 Years & Beyond: How Our Business Has Diversified

Starting solely as a structural repair business, generally repairing defective concrete, the team branched into brickwork and masonry repair, which further evolved into the Company repairing and renovating a number of listed structures and buildings in conservation areas.

From here, the team expanded into the waterproofing sector, applying proprietary waterproof products to roofs, balconies, walkways and basements.

With the growth in services offered by the Company, and our client base continuing to grow in each area, 2023 sees Structural Renovations expand into three distinct divisions, each able to dedicate the required expertise to a specific project.

Congratulations to all our Team

Over the last three decades, Structural Renovations has worked on some of the UK’s most iconic structures including the Barbican Estate, the Hoover Building, the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Somerset House, the Brooklands Racetrack - and many more.

With an experienced workforce, many of whom have been with the company since inception - combined with a positive, energetic and respected management structure - we can look forward, with confidence, to the next 30 years in the industry.

Huge thanks to all our team, our clients and our trusted suppliers.
